Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup banana, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mango chunks
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 cup water

Method

  1. Grab your blender and add the strawberries, banana slices, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, and watermelon chunks. Pour in the orange juice, water, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla powder. Blend everything on high speed for 60-90 seconds until totally smooth with zero chunky bits. Don't skip this part — you want a completely liquid mixture or your popsicles get weird texture.
  2. Taste your mixture right now while it's still blended. If it needs more sweetness, add 1 more tablespoon of honey and blend again for 10 seconds. This is your chance to adjust before you freeze everything, so don't rush it — trust me on this.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into your popsicle molds, filling each one about 3/4 of the way to the top. Leave a tiny bit of space at the rim because the mixture expands slightly when it freezes. Wipe away any drips on the outside with a clean paper towel so they don't stick together later.
  4. Carefully insert the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Insert them about halfway down so they stay centered while everything freezes. If your sticks keep falling over, let the mixture freeze for 45 minutes first, then insert them — they'll stand perfectly upright.
  5. Place the mold tray on a flat shelf in your freezer where nothing will bump it. Freeze for at least 4 hours, though overnight is honestly better. I always make mine before bedtime so they're ready to go the next day for school snacks.
  6. When you're ready to unmold them, run warm water over the outside of the mold for about 10-15 seconds. This loosens everything up without melting your frozen fruit popsicles completely. Gently twist and pull each stick until the popsicle slides out smoothly.
  7. Serve immediately and watch them disappear faster than you'd expect. If you're not eating them right away, store them back in the freezer in an airtight container with parchment between layers so they don't stick together.
